Welcome to NinjaPoster ("NinjaPoster", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, web-based dashboard, Chrome extension, and related tools for automatically posting to Facebook groups (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using NinjaPoster, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

About NinjaPoster

NinjaPoster is a Facebook group auto posting platform that helps businesses and marketers automatically post to multiple Facebook groups. The Service may include:

  • A web-based dashboard for managing posting campaigns
  • A Google Chrome extension for browser-based posting
  • AI-powered content generation and variation features
  • Scheduling, group management, and analytics tools
  • RSS feed auto-posting and media library features

Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • Comply with all applicable laws

By using NinjaPoster, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

To use NinjaPoster, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NinjaPoster to:

  • Spam, harass, deceive, or mislead Facebook group members or other users
  • Send illegal, harmful, hateful, or abusive content
  • Engage in phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or hack the Service
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service

Warning: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

Facebook Accounts & Platform Compliance

NinjaPoster automates posting to Facebook groups on your behalf using your own Facebook accounts. You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your Facebook accounts, pages, and group memberships, and for complying with Facebook/Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and each group's rules.
  • You will only post to groups you are permitted to post in, and you will not use the Service to spam, mislead, or otherwise violate Facebook's policies.
  • You will not decompile, tamper with, or misuse our Chrome extension, dashboard, or APIs.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of, and rights to, any content you post through the Service.

NinjaPoster is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Facebook" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Subscription, Billing & Payments

Paid features require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
  • Standard subscription prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Promotional, introductory, custom, and White Label pricing is discretionary and may change at any time (see Section 7)
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

White Label Program & Custom Pricing

Our White Label Program and any custom, negotiated, introductory, or promotional pricing are offered entirely at our discretion and are subject to the following terms:

  • Pricing is not fixed. Any price, rate, discount, or offer we extend to you, including introductory or promotional rates, may be changed, increased, or discontinued by us at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
  • No obligation to honor prior offers. Any price we quote or extend, including special, introductory, or promotional rates, is provided as a limited offer and does not obligate us to maintain that price for any period. We may revise such pricing at renewal or on reasonable notice.
  • Setup and maintenance fees. White Label setup fees are one-time and non-refundable. Monthly maintenance fees are billed monthly and may be adjusted as described above.
  • Program changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the White Label Program, including its features, infrastructure, branding rights, and support, at any time. Any reseller or branding license we grant applies only while your subscription is active and terminates when it ends.
  • Your remedy. If you do not accept a revised price, your sole remedy is to cancel before your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price. We are under no obligation to continue service at any prior price.

In short: All discounted, promotional, custom, and White Label pricing is provided on a discretionary basis and may be changed or withdrawn by us at any time. Only pricing set out in a signed written agreement is guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided by NinjaPoster are owned by or licensed to us. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service
  • Use our branding without written permission

You retain ownership of the content and posts you create or upload through the Service.

Data & Privacy

Your use of NinjaPoster is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We collect and process information only as necessary to operate the Service.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Features may change, be added, or removed with notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NinjaPoster shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • Service interruptions or downtime

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For misuse, abuse, or legal risk
  • For non-payment of fees

You may also cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
