To use NinjaPoster, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NinjaPoster to:

  • Spam, harass, deceive, or mislead visitors or customers
  • Send illegal, harmful, hateful, or abusive content
  • Engage in phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity

  • Attempt to bypass security measures or hack the Service
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service

Warning: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

Chat Widget & Embedding

Our chat widget is provided to embed on your website. You agree that:

  • You have the right to embed the widget on your website
  • You will not modify or tamper with the widget code
  • You are responsible for informing your visitors about the chat and data collection

Subscription, Billing & Payments

Paid features require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
